Disclaimers Privacy policy and Rights

We are a consortium of like-minded artists. We are not responsible for any transactions between the buyers and sellers in terms of lost or damaged items quality of artworks delays in sending goods or in payments .We rely on the ethics and responsible behavior on part of the of the participating artists and their declarations to become our members.

Membership rights

We reserve the right to expel members in the case of a misconduct .We also reserve the right to change fees of the membership from time to time or extend free membership periods. As to complaints we can note your complaint but have limited sanctions at our disposal and resources to investigate such complaints at this stage

Buyers

Buyers are advised to check the posting costs and customs they may have to pay with the relevant austerities and artists and the time it will take for the item to arrive to their destination ideally based on tracking
Buyers should double check using video conferencing the size and texture of the item should they wish
Buyers may want to send a picture of the money deposit slip to the selling artists
They also need to agree return and refund mechanisms as we cannot get involved
Buyer may also want to check the limited edition against the original both in one shot

Sellers

Sellers need to pack items well as well as insure these prior to sending art works .They are advised in the case of valuable art works to take insurance on the item use reputable companies and provide reliable postal costs to the buyers prior to sending
For limited edition of prints you are advised to use a reputable printer who specializes in such printing with a good quality paper to ensurer highest degree of likeness to the original
You are advised to have it certified by the printer in regard to the numbering of the ebitions and the total of the prints
